About Thomas
Thomas Faulkner is an experienced multidisciplinary Human Resource Management Consultant who specializes in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Process Design and Improvement. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration (2021) and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management (2022) from Western Governors University, is an HRCI-certified Senior Human Resources Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute, and is a doctoral candidate in Business Administration at South College. Thomas is motivated to strategically design effective programs, processes, and change initiatives that will support long-term organizational growth by maximizing productivity, eliminating waste, and by enriching and developing the company’s human capital.
Aside from his professional goals, Thomas enjoys spending time hiking and exploring the U.S. National Parks System with his wife and four children, he is a mythology fanatic, and enjoys telling corny dad jokes along the way.
